How to start, shut down, or restart your server

Do you need to start or stop your server for any reason? This article will describe how to suspend your server and prevent further activity.

Please note: By selecting certain actions, your server will be offline to other users, and players will not be able to access your server until it is turned on again.

1. Login to the Modern Hosting Game Panel and select the server you want to manage.

2. On the right side of the page, you will find three buttons: "Start", which will turn on your server, "Restart", which will turn your server off and on again, and "Stop", which will forcefully shut it down in case it is not responding or taking longer than expected.

3. After clicking the appropriate action, you will see the status of the server indicated by the text and icon colour next to the buttons.
