How to find your server's identifier

Are you trying to get support for your server? This article will explain how to locate your server's ID to help our support team serve you better.

1. Login to the Modern Hosting Game Panel, and go to the "Servers" page in the sidebar.

2. Each server will have a 8 digit code next to the fingerprint icon, like the image below:

You can also find this ID on your server's console page in the "Server Information" Section in the top right of the page, like the image below:

When requesting support from Modern Hosting, please provide this ID to a support team member. In our Discord this is not needed if you are a subuser or a Verified client and you have verified with the !verify command.
