How do payments work?

Are you unfamiliar with our billing process? This article will explain how you are charged for products and services.

After purchasing services from Modern Hosting, as soon as you pay your first invoice with either Stripe or PayPal, your service will be automatically set up and ready to use right away. The day you made the purchase marks the beginning of the monthly bill cycle (for example, if you purchased a server on July 15th, you will be billed every 30 days from that date).

We do not offer any other billing periods, and all payments should be paid promptly to avoid interruption of service, as your server may be suspended. Any future purchases will be billed monthly from their starting date as separate invoices, and cannot be merged.
